Marketing Coordinator

Samsung HVAC is headquartered in Roanoke, Texas, with offices in California and Pennsylvania. Samsung HVAC imports and manages equipment sales to HVACR wholesale distributors, manufacturer representatives and plan and specification representatives throughout Canada and the USA. Samsung HVAC provides distributors and representatives a wide range of related products from a single source. Samsung HVAC also leads the way in product availability, hands-on technical training (recognized by national certification agencies) and competitive sales programs.

Position Summary:

This position will be responsible for providing assistance with marketing and communications initiatives such as partner program support, trade show support, meeting logistics, marketing program support, and other various activities. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and performs all duties within Samsung HVAC’s policies and Ethical Standards. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:

  • Execute day-to-day marketing special projects and initiatives

  • Monitor, respond and maintain positive guest relations through communications with internal and external customers

  • Collaborate with the marketing department to establish efficient and effective work processes

  • Work cohesively cross functionally and provide timely communication and support

  • Establish regular reporting cadence for identified Marketing KPI’s

  • Support the marketing department on all partner programs and trade show executions

  • Monitor competitors and create competitive reports that provide rankings and any key learnings

  • Other responsibilities as assigned


To qualify for this position, the following minimal background and skill levels are required:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 1-2 years of experience is required

  • Prior experience in advertising, product marketing and project coordination preferred

  • Prior experience in a HVAC environment a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated knowledge of marketing campaigns

  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Standard Office Suite and extensive use of (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Physical/Mental Demands and Working Conditions:

The position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:

  • Operate a computer keyboard, telephone and view a video display terminal more than 90% of work time

  • Visual acuity, color distinction, and numeric and character detail distinction for the analysis and preparation of statistical reports and information

  • Lift, move, or adjust general office equipment, boxes, or materials weighing up to 25 pounds using proper materials handling equipment and procedures

  • Occasionally work additional hours beyond normal schedule

  • Ability to travel as needed both (Domestic and International)
